Correctly performs and documents routine therapeutic modalities including aerosolized medications, secretion management techniques, pulmonary volume expansion, oxygen therapy, and assists with routine care and maintenance of artificial airways. Committed Flex RRTs are eligible to receive up to additional $8.00/hourly in premium shift pay on all hours worked, and up to an additional $5.50/hourly in shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
