Complete medical record documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs as assigned, including supervision, learning objective development, and student evaluations.
