Residential Resources is looking for Relief/Per Diem/As Needed Direct Support Professionals to work in our residential homes supporting adults affected by intellectual/developmental disabilities. People who enjoy working in residential settings and are excited to help individuals explore their communities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Provides ongoing supervision of residents health-related activities, complying with healthcare instructions explained by healthcare professionals, and promptly and appropriately seeking and obtaining medical attention when needed. Must have current certification as a nursing assistant or have successfully completed the certified home health aide or homemaker/personal care homemaker training program.
Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Overview: The Physician is responsible for supervising and providing necessary and desirable medical care within the Physician’s specialty to Dartmouth-Hitchcock patients, consistent with the policies and procedures of DHC, the facility at which care is rendered, and the directions of the Service Line Leader or his/her designee. In addition to the Physician’s clinical responsibilities, the Physician will spend sufficient and reasonable time on administrative and record-keeping matters pertaining to the Physician’s medical practice.
The unit offers hydrotherapy for pain management in labor, includes a nursery for infant testing or post-resuscitation care, and even has its own negative pressure room. Additional certifications available include Neonatal Resuscitation Program, STABLE, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, and NCC nursing certifications.
