While clients are in the milieu, the Counselor will help provide 24/7/365 coverage of care services, attend to a variety of client needs, and support the clinical and psychiatric nurse staffing to achieve established treatment plan and support clients’ return to the community. Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or a preferred Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience; strong interpersonal skills; empathy for others; demonstrated commitment to serving those with significant needs; ability to work well within a team model and independently.
