Job Title: RN, Nurse Lead Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Nurse Lead Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of five years in a clinical background preferred; supervisory experience required License: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required Certifications: AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS required; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required Must-Have: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and related experience required; Master's Degree preferred Description: Provides unit-based leadership working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff. Assigns staff to particular patients and patient care activities according to independent professional and supervisory analysis of the most effective utilization of skills and abilities, patient needs, and to equalize workloads.
