In this rewarding role, you will provide critical nursing care and support to hospice patients and families in their homes and nursing facilities in the Capital/Saratoga region during evening, overnight, or weekend hours. As an After-Hours Hospice RN, you will respond to patient and family needs during overnight hours, providing skilled nursing assessments, symptom management, and supportive care in homes and nursing facilities.
