Pediatric custom wheelchair assessment and vendor coordination — Experience conducting seating and mobility evaluations for custom manual and power wheelchair prescription in pediatric populations, including the ability to collaborate effectively with local durable medical equipment vendors to coordinate trials, fittings, modifications, and timely delivery of complex rehabilitation technology. Experience with concurrent diagnoses — Preference for candidates with clinical experience treating pediatric patients who present with both orthopedic conditions (e.g., scoliosis, fractures, post-surgical) and neurodevelopmental diagnoses (e.g., cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, spina bifida).
