Submits documentation in a timely manner: Initial Plan of Care orders within 48 hours of admission, all supplemental orders within 48 hours of receipt, recertification plans of care within 48 hours. The Registered Nurse Case Manager provides nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory and nursing process, and communicates/documents observations and assessments.
