In this role, you will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that support functional independence and developmental progress. Demonstrated ability to develop appropriate treatment plans, select and implement effective interventions, evaluate outcomes, modify plans of care as needed, and facilitate timely discharge planning based on patient goals and progress.
