Demonstrates the ability to translate knowledge of physical psycho-social and cognitive perceptual changes related to age into assessments, treatment plans and treatment modalities for pediatric, adolescent, young adult, adult and geriatric patients. Interviews all patients and family members, assesses their individual situations with regard to psycho-social situation and emotional adjustment to illness, formulates a clinical impression, and projects a discharge plan.
