Provide direct patient support, including escorting patients to exam rooms, obtaining and documenting vital signs, height, weight, and chief complaint in the electronic medical record (EMR). Working under the supervision of licensed providers and in collaboration with clinical and administrative staff, this position performs both clinical and clerical duties to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations.
