Facilitate partnerships with key departments across campus, including but not limited to: The Alumni Association, Event Services, Food Services, Parking, Security, Photo Services, Facilities and Maintenance, Risk Management, Procurement and Vendor Services, Athletics, Bronco Athletic Association, and other academic colleges and departments. Work with the Executive Director of Annual Giving to help create and coordinate content for communication, such as content for mini campaigns, postcards, invitations, newsletters, emails, event protocol outlines and social media.
