Advanced level of skill to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and other equipment as assigned per established procedures including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, testing, flushing, minor repairs, rebuilding and replacing parts/components to ensure that systems remain within the established operating parameters. Performs repairs on a large variety of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, building systems and other critical systems with minimal to no guidance/assistance Provides timely and proper response to assigned service calls, work orders and preventative maintenance to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
