The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in the field, communicating with the interdisciplinary hospice team, and providing compassionate care to patients and families during challenging moments. The On-Call LVN will respond to patient needs, perform nursing visits as assigned, assist with symptom management, and provide support to patients experiencing changes in condition.
