Manage complex, critically ill patients including those requiring CRRT (PrismaFlex), TTM (Arctic Sun), rotaprone, mass transfusions, ECMO, 24-hour EEG monitoring, EVD, and LP drain. Assist with and/or perform bedside procedures including tracheostomies, chest tube insertion, bronchoscopies, arterial line insertion, sheath pulls post-heart catheterization, and organ procurement.
