PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide comprehensive, person-centered care to patients receiving intravenous infusions, hydration, injections, and related therapies, working in close collaboration with providers and the multidisciplinary team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of infusion services, while supporting broader clinical functions as directed by the Director of Nursing. Perform other nursing tasks as directed by the Director of Nursing, such as wound care, patient triage, medication and vaccine reconciliation, or supporting other clinical departments during peak times.
