Your qualifications should include: Graduate from nursing school with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Graduate from a nursing school with a diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing and currently enrolled in a BSN program (must obtain BSN within two years of hire or transfer).
