La Clínica del Pueblo (LCDP) is a community based Federally Qualified Health Center committed to advancing health equity through culturally responsive, integrated care for communities disproportionately impacted by structural barriers to care. Clinicians work alongside nursing, behavioral health, case management, health education, and community services to deliver whole person care that addresses medical needs and social drivers of health.
