Under the direction of the Manager, Director of Nursing, and Physician Director, the Nurse Coordinator works collaboratively with physician leaders, physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APP). 1.1 Manages incoming referrals, coordinates initial patient contact, and complies list of presented patients in collaboration with attending physicians, fellows, and Advanced Practice Provider, (APP's).
