Managing high-acuity medical, cardiac, surgical, and neuro-critical care populations, the ICU nursing team coordinates advanced life-support interventions including mechanical ventilation, titration of multiple vasoactive infusions, External Ventricular Drains (EVD), ICP monitoring, targeted temperature management (Arctic Sun), CRRT (Prismaflex/Prismax), and mechanical circulatory support (Cardiosave IABP, Abiomed Impella, ECMO). Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 full year of dedicated acute care inpatient ICU RN clinical experience (redirect new grads with only 1 year; screen 1-year candidates only if they possess additional clinical experience in other disciplines; must have prior travel nursing experience — strong clinicians considered).
