li>Connect patients with appropriate resources (whether at Cedars or in the community), including insurance-contracted perinatal therapists, therapy/support groups, perinatal intensive outpatient programs, intimate partner violence/sexual violence resources, lactation consultant services, financial support, Public and Private Benefits, etc. The position requires experience and facility in brief therapy interventions, counseling, crisis intervention, problem-solving and conflict resolution, patient and family management, transdisciplinary collaboration, bio psychosocial assessments, navigation, education, advocacy, and community resource linkages.
