p>Job Requirements: • Associates degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, Veterans, or vulnerable populations • Knowledge of Veteran services, VA systems, and community resources strongly preferred • Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and advocacy skills.
