Major Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations for The Beacon, managing activities and teams that ensure the facility, programs, services, and partner activities function effectively, safely, and in alignment with Advocate Health's community health and impact priorities. Establish and manage operating structures, meeting cadences, communication channels, escalation processes, and reporting routines to promote coordination across clinical, social health, community impact, philanthropy, finance, legal, communications, and external partner teams.
