Prepares and maintains accurate and timely patient care records as required by policy and payer requirements, including services rendered, progress notes, discharge notes, charges for services provided, and third-party payer reports (eg CCS, Medi-Cal). Services include patient evaluations using physical therapy tests and measurements, the establishment of therapeutic intervention goals and the development of therapeutic intervention programs, and the implementation of therapeutic intervention plans utilizing physical therapy interventions, modalities, and procedures.
