The Foreman will provide direction to field crews, support employee development, maintain productivity goals, and represent Osmose professionally when interacting with customers, utility representatives, and community members. The Utility Pole Assessment Foreman is responsible for leading daily field operations and supervising a crew performing utility pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration activities.
