This role will partner directly with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to identify systemic issues, lead root cause analysis activities, and implement sustainable corrective actions that improve quality, delivery, capacity, and operational performance. The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background, experience working with suppliers, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including supplier executives, plant leaders, and cross-functional teams.
