The Senior Advisor, Performance Management and Analytics , will be responsible for establishing and managing a comprehensive milestone performance management system that enables PATH and country teams to monitor progress against more than 170 milestones across 13 countries, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of performance thresholds and full invoice payment. PATH seeks a highly analytical and systems-oriented Senior Advisor, Performance Management and Analytics, to lead performance tracking and milestone management for a large, multi-country fixed-amount award spanning malaria, maternal, neonatal and child health (MNCH), HIV, tuberculosis (TB), and polio programs.
