Manage and direct staff in assigned manufacturing group with a focus on equipment, processes, human resource allocation, cost management, setting priorities, removing roadblocks, and leading through problem identification and resolution, and implementation of short- and long-term corrective actions to manufacturing problems. Lead, plan, and manage all manufacturing activities and related functions at the plant including manufacturing, logistics, manufacturing engineering, tooling, maintenance, material control, purchasing, quality assurance and control, and tooling to ensure safety and quality and to meet and exceed customer and Company requirements.
