Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field · Professional certifications such as Certified Credit Executive (CCE) or Certified Credit & Risk Analyst (CCRA) preferred · 5-8 years of progressive experience in credit, accounts receivable, or financial risk management roles · Direct experience managing commercial and/or wholesale credit environments, preferably in fuel distribution, energy, logistics, or similarly high-volume, transactional industries · Proven experience handling delinquent accounts through legal recovery processes, including court filings, judgments, liens, and coordination with legal counsel · Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to customers and management.
