Key responsibilities include building strong relationships across line functions (Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial Projects, Product Development) and leading cross-functional teams to create comprehensive development plans. Partner with functional leaders to define, implement, monitor, and maintain organization-wide projects, managing project scope, schedules, resources, and costs, and ensuring project plans are accurate and aligned with program constraints.
