Must have experience working with the following: leading and managing projects within the Traditional Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Mining sectors; upstream, midstream, downstream, or oilfield services and equipment; commodities including oil, gas, liquefied natural gas, natural gas liquids, chemicals, and metals; financial, commercial and operational performance improvement; M&A deals and transactions; integration, synergy, divestiture and carve-out planning and execution; gathering, processing, terminals and pipeline systems; cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis; lease record management and division orders; systems implementation and integration; and business transformations, performance improvement and margin enhancement. Lead client engagements to deliver results on specialized Energy areas including: upstream, midstream, downstream, or oilfield services and equipment; oil, gas, liquefied natural gas, natural gas liquids and downstream chemicals; financial, commercial and operational performance improvement; M&A/divestiture and carve-out integration planning and execution; marketing, trading, risk, and contracting; processing terminals and pipeline systems; and cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.
