Review project documentation including, but not limited to, Project Schedule (both work management and project lifecycle schedules), Implementation Means & Methods, Risk Register, Work Orders and associated documentation, Quality Control Inspections and Hold Points, Test and Commissioning Plans, Clearance Orders and Turnover Strategy, Materials, Tools and Specialty Tooling, Resource Load Boards, Budget and Estimates, Radiological Strategies, and Rigging and Material Handling Plans. This Senior Implementation Manager provides technical support services-and in some instances, direct oversight and governance-to Mechanical Enterprise Risk Projects, enabling Project Managers to execute deliverables with quality, safety, on schedule, within budget, and as efficiently as possible.
