Leads efforts to maximize compliant revenue capture and cash collections through process mapping, account sampling, data review, and applying best practices, focusing on efforts related to payer reporting, workflow optimization, denials management, AR trending, productivity and quality management, and more • Performs project management activities to facilitate improvement initiatives from planning to implementation including the development of project plans, the scheduling and leading of meetings, coordination of communications and risk escalation, and presentation to senior leaders • Analyzes current business processes through observation, data collection, and regular review of key performance metrics (KPIs) and reports to help identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies • Supports the development of executive-level KPIs and dashboards • Provides guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members • Performs all other duties as assigned/required. As a Revenue Cycle Program Manager, you'll be responsible for assessing current revenue cycle processes and workflows; identifying areas for efficiency and effectiveness enhancements, collaborating with teams (e.g., registration, billing, charging, coding, collections, and denials management) to streamline processes, reduce and recover denials, and optimize cash flow; and analyzing and monitoring revenue cycle metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
