Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, scheduling, communications, program logistics, data tracking, reporting, and research operations; maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders; supporting departmental events and special projects; and contributing to the successfulimplementation and continuous improvement of education, workforce development, and research initiatives. Working closely with department leadership, program managers, healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and community partners, this role coordinates the Central Texas Healthcare Academy (CTHA) and other education and workforce programs that promote awareness of healthcare careers and create pathways to education, training, and employment.
