In this role, you will:
- Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following patient care policy guidelines.
Additional Requirement (ESSA - if applicable): Associate's degree, two years of college coursework, OR passing score on a formal academic assessment for instructional aides in Title I programs. This position provides instructional and clerical support to teachers while assisting students with academic, behavioral, and, when applicable, physical needs.
Test Event Delivery & SecurityPrepare for events by monitoring rosters & ensuring the site is correctly set up and cleaned upControl test area by maintaining a working knowledge of Prometric policies and practicesGreet examinees and verify identificationMonitor candidates as they complete their written exam andor direct a proctor to administer the written exam if applicableManage the testing environment to ensure candidate flowObserve and rate candidates as they complete their practical examResolve candidate issues or report them to the appropriate supervisorProtect exam content by administering computer-based testingPossess technical proficiency to reboot workstations and reset passwords as necessaryEnsure the delivery of a seamless candidate experienceReport any occurrences that fall outside company guidelines to the appropriate supervisorOtherDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with testing sites either regional or in-facility testingMaintain online appointment schedule to ensure event coverageAbility to provide on-site leadership for candidatesFoster professional and courteous relationships with Nurse Aide Evaluator Community peersServe as a Prometric Brand Ambassador when interacting with candidates site partners and potential clients during test administrationsCoordinate candidate rostersThis position will be responsible for administering up to 1-2 test days a week an average of 8 hours test day at various locations within a 30-mile radius of the employees zip code. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEDUCATIONRegistered Nurses with active and unrestricted licenses in the state of operationBABS Degree preferredEXPERIENCEOne 1 year of experience in long-term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any ageThe ideal candidate may possess staff development andor training experience preferredSKILLSIntermediate to Advanced technical skills and solid familiarity with computer programs and applications including but not limited to MS Office Outlook and Explorer web browsingStrong communication skills oral and writtenAccess to personal computer equipment i.e. personal computerlaptop printer etc.
