Responsibilities will include but not limited toMaintenance of program training material related to multiple system architecturesDevelopment and improvement of training products, procedures, and processesCheckout of new baseline updates on the simulator to create required training updatesOwnership of training suite of scripts used to initialize the simulator into an operations like configuration, responsible for updating and maintaining training scriptsAbility to work off and or/extended hours covering a 24/7 period of periodic rotating 12-hour shiftsDemonstrate proficiency utilizing the software SIM to train classesCross-train into operations engineering to update products and attain crew certificationsMay involve periodic rotating crew shifts to maintain proficiencyBasic QualificationsBachelor of Science Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline plus 5 years of engineering experience OR Master of Science Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline plus 3 years of engineering experience Proven leadership experience on a project and/or team Must be able to work as an effective member of a badgeless team, be self-motivated, and work under general direction while independently determining and developing approaches to solutionsAbility to utilize MS Office Tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint to execute responsibilities as needed within the role (presentations, internal/external communications, data, collection, etc.)Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance, SCI Access and complete a counterintelligence polygraph examination prior to start datePreferred QualificationsDemonstrated ability to present technical material to an audienceAbility to develop and maintain operational procedures, products, and training materialsFamiliarity and practice use with Matlab, Python, and Perl scripting languagesFamiliarity with LinuxPrimary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate''s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
