The successful candidate will partner with IT Asset Management, CMDB, IT Operations, Procurement, Finance, Security, HR, and business teams to establish scalable, governed, automated, and audit-ready hardware asset lifecycle processes. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro Senior Consultant / Technical Lead to lead the design, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise Hardware Asset Management capabilities.
