Key Requirements: BS in Pharmacy and/or PharmD Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy Active and in good standing pharmacist license issued by the Board of Pharmacy of the state(s) in which you are practicing Preceptor by the State Board of Pharmacy Excellent problem solving and management skills Basic accounting and computer skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Pharmacy Retail experiences a plus Ability to function as a team member and get along with others Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform all other physical aspects of the job including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, standing and walking for 8-12 hour period Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and some holidays as required Immunization certification from accredited organization within first 90 days Active CPR certification within first 90 days.
