Responsible for the overall management of the Pharmacy Department 

Responsibilities:
 <ul><li style="color:#000000">Responsible for adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions and counsel patients</li><li style="color:#000000">Responsible for the performance of all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelines</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Responsible for the adherence to all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of Pharmacy</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Oversees and is responsible for the initial submission, resubmission and collection of all third party claims</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Responsible for the management and balancing of the pharmacy inventory to maximize turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs. Oversees the transmitting, processing and receiving of orders to and from the Kinney Warehouse and additional suppliers as needed</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Oversees and is responsible for checking pharmacy inventory for outdates and processing of all returns</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Ensures prescription files and other manual records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Ensures in-store pharmacy technology is being used to its fullest potential to ensure a maximum return on investment of the technology and life span</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Ensure all loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Assist in the implementation of all corporate pharmacy marketing, advertising and promotional programs are fully executed and implemented</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Oversees the maintenance of the pharmacy department to provide a clean, professional environment that protects customer and employee safety </li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Maintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Maintains an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practice</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Facilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Assists in the development of an annual pharmacy department operating budget, and operate the pharmacy department within the budgetary guidelines</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Interacts with Store Manager in the appropriate completion of hiring practices, performance reviews and disciplinary actions of pharmacy department personnel. </li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Responsible for the assignment of duties and assisting in the scheduling of Pharmacy staff to ensure payroll and productivity budget guidelines are met</li><li style="color:#000000">Responsible for the training and development of all pharmacy department personnel necessary to perform duties. Includes use of the Kinney Pharmacy Clerk and Technician Training Program</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Assist in the communication of corporate goals to all pharmacy department personnel</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Attend and actively participate in all Kinney required training/management programs, as requested by Supervisor</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed </li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Oversight responsibilities to ensure store is compliant with all state and federal regulations and requirements</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li><li style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>  

Qualifications:
 Education & Experience:<ul><li><div style="color:#000000">Minimum: BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy Experience:</div></li><li><div style="color:#000000">Posses and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy</div></li><li><div style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of a shift</div></li><li>Certified immunizer</li><li>Previous experience as a Pharmacist </li></ul><div style="color:#000000;font-family:'times new roman' , serif;font-size:11pt">Special Conditions of Employment:<ul><li>Drug test</li><li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li><li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li></ul>Compensation:  $108,160.00 - $143,794.00 per year The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.  KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</div>
