Proficiency in anticoagulation therapy, high-alert medications, IV push medications, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, therapeutic medication monitoring, and warfarin dosing. Daily census of approximately 100 patients with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
