This may include critical care pharmacy, internal medicine, multi-disciplinary rounding, NICU/pediatrics, chemotherapy, sterile compounding, medication reconciliation, OR and anesthesia medicine, therapeutic drug monitoring, anticoagulation, antimicrobial stewardship, and central pharmacy operations. Must be knowledgeable about medications, their pharmacology and dosage ranges for use in neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
