Additional tasks and responsibilities include: Leading and assisting Pre-Pack, Picking, Staging, Automated Dispensing, Purchasing, Inventory, Returns/Credits, and Delivery departments toward their primary objectives Providing regular and timely feedback on pharmacy technician performance Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws The Team: Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. Required Qualifications: Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: Additional Skills/Experience, but not Required: Prior experience in the long-term care industry Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting PTCB National Certification Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $38.82
