Job Overview: The primary purpose of the Oncology Pharmacy Technician position is to assist the Pharmacist in all aspects of pharmacy practice that do not require professional judgment or intervention for the purpose of dispensing medications, but such professional judgment would be required for the following processes: sterile/non-sterile product preparation, patient profile maintenance, department recordkeeping, maintaining inventory, Also, assists in the handling of investigational drugs and associated recordkeeping.
