Assists pharmacist in daily operations of the pharmacy, providing pharmaceutical care to include distribution of medication, unit dose pre-packaging, cart-fill and delivery of medications, handling phone calls/orders, removal of out of date medications. This includes practice of aseptic technique, proper procedure for preparing certain types of parenteral admixtures, preparation of the label and any control records, and documentation of quality control.
