In this role, you will collaborate the Medical Staff, patient, pharmacy, billing, insurance provider, patient communities, social services, contracted vendor(s), and other involved parties to drive excellent customer service delivery and profitability of BMC. Experience working with specialty pharmacy, medication access programs, prior authorizations, insurance verification, patient assistance programs, or 340B pharmacy operations preferred.
