Additional tasks and responsibilities include: • Leading and assisting Pre-Pack, Picking, Staging, Automated Dispensing, Purchasing, Inventory, Returns/Credits, and Delivery departments toward their primary objectives • Providing regular and timely feedback on pharmacy technician performance • Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed • Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws.
