What Youll Do: • Enter and maintain accurate patient profiles and prescription information within the pharmacy system • Prepare and stage medications for pharmacist review, verification, and dispensing • Support insurance adjudication, reimbursement, and payment resolution in collaboration with patients, pharmacists, and payers • Manage inventory activities, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking medications • Communicate effectively with patients, pharmacists, and healthcare team members to support safe, efficient pharmacy operations.
