The Senior Director leads a multi-site team of clinical leaders and specialists, partners closely with medical, nursing, quality, and finance leadership, and drives systemwide initiatives in antimicrobial stewardship, opioid stewardship, transitions of care, medication safety, formulary optimization, and population health. PGY-1 residency plus 7+ years of progressive clinical leadership or PGY-2 (e.g., pharmacotherapy, ID, critical care, oncology, administration) plus 5+ years of leadership Active pharmacist license in New York or Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain within 90 days).
