Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not Iimited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and development; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The Parts Manager is responsible for supervising all activities relating to the management of the Parts Department including sales, purchasing, delivery, marketing, customer and vendor relationships, inventory control, administration, and personnel.
