As a key support to the Pharmacy District Leader (Rx DL), the DPC serves as a delegate to execute base changes, track and monitor vacation requests, manage pay code balances and may support additional administrative activities related to the compliant and effective functioning of market pharmacies, including but not limited to: Partnering with Rx DL to identify and close any gaps with PIC/POA registrations for each pharmacy location with the state Board of Pharmacy. With strong organization skills, high accountability, and consistent follow-through, the DPC ensures that all pharmacist schedules are created and published on time, with coverage and contingency plans in-place, to support day-to-day pharmacy operations and protect against business disruption.
